This pretty, beamed room has solid wood flooring and is furnished with two sofas arranged around a large open fireplace. 26in Flat screen TV/ DVD and DAB Radio with iPod dock. There is a dining area to one side. The dining table extends to seat 8 people when the cottages are rented together.

Well equipped, including cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Ample cooking equipment and matching new china, cutlery and glasses.

Garden

The front garden is laid to shrubs and enjoys the morning sun.  The bird table has many visitors including woodpeckers, robins, sparrows, blue tits, coal tits, long tailed tits and chaffinches among others.

 

The small rear enclosed garden is landscaped with shingle with a selection of herbs. Equipped with a table and chairs and sun lounger it is the prefect place to admire the wonderful Suffolk sunsets.
